Feminine Embodiment Coaching
Which is the best Feminine Embodiment Coaching Program?
By far the best: the "Feminine Embodiment Coaching" program by the School of Embodied Arts.
And yes, I say "best" and I don't say that lightheartedly.

This coaching program transformed not just my coaching practice but also my life on so many levels.
From all the trainings I did so far (and I really have a few under my belt), it is by far the most valuable one.
It goes so deep and provides you with so much more than "just" a super effective coaching framework and the according skills and practical experience.

I wanted to add more depth to my coaching and was looking for a framework that could give my coaching sessions a more solid structure.
After quite an extensive review and comparison process I decided for this program. My body said yes throughout the whole research process and also after the discovery call with one of the teachers. (And I'm so grateful for the journey this program took me on!)

I chose this training for many reasons, one being that in this training it's mandatory to develop personal mastery yourself by having your own embodiment practice with yourself, doing practice coachings as well as getting coached. For me, ensuring that a coach has extensive experience in the approach they apply, is non-negotiable.
As I can say from my embodied experience: We can only go as deep with our clients as we've traveled ourselves.
About the Program
The Feminine Embodiment Coaching program is a 6 to 12 month professional training supporting new and existing practitioners.

On the one hand it provides a supportive structure through tools and frameworks that gives you guidance and safety.
At the same time you acquire a rich embodied experience of rooted self-trust and attunement allowing you to stay flexible and resonant.
This combination helps you to create safe containers in which you hold clients in their depth and vulnerability, creating profound somatic transformation with them.

What I Appreciated
These are the words I shared with the SOEA team after my graduation. I thought I share them here so you can get a feel of how much this training meant and still means to me and how full of value it is.
I learned so much from the SOEA teachers as well as my peers. Personally and professionally. This training was exactly what I needed and longed for and it gave me so much more than I anticipated upfront.

Thank your for the embodied transmission of what it means to prioritize vulnerability and depth - before a concept, now embodied knowing and conviction.

Thank you for giving me so much wisdom, understanding and knowledge on what it means to walk through this world as an embodied human in a female body. Becoming aware of even more of our conditioning helped me so much to make different choices for myself, rebelling and giving myself much more grace.

Thank you for the transmission on how we can work the embodied way. That was a game changer and SO needed. It affects my working and creativity so much.

Also, I found amazing friends across the world with whom I built strong relationships and we're accompanying each other on our journeys which is so valuable and empowering.

The way you create community and that feeling of truly being a valued member of this community is exceptional and extraordinary. Your responses here and in the live calls have always been so full of compassion, warmth, expertise and on eye level. Immensely helpful and really modelling sth I wanna pass on, too.

Words don't express enough the gratitude I feel and what I learned and what has changed inside of me.

You are doing an amazing job! Thank you for all your love, passion and commitment. It means a lot and in my world, changes worlds.
FEC isn’t just about learning coaching tools - it’s about learning to live from your body and align with your most authentic self.
What Made the Difference
These were the things I found extraordinary about the training and that make the difference in my opinion:

-
frameworks, tools, prompts & a clear session structure that serve as the riverbed in which you and the client can flow
-
amazing support layers throughout your whole journey (e.g. weekly calls where you can ask questions, connect, learn; a very active & responsive facebook community; your own little peer group for exchange and practice; regular check-ins on you through email etc.)
-
an abundance of (live) coaching demos
-
loads of opportunity to practice coaching
-
possibility to get feedback on your coaching from the teaching team
-
getting coached by peers - learning through the receiving lens (and working on the things that come up during your journey - very handy)
-
learning material that goes deep and helps you understand so much of our conditioning as people in female bodies (which will help you immensely with the topics your clients will bring)
-
suits different learning types (provided as audio as well as written manual)
-
talented teachers who are really on eye-level and who practice what they preach (I've learned from really egomaniac mentors before and finally I found people that have a high level of mastery and expertise and yet still are down to earth, humble and just kind humans)
-
valuable input on how to build a business (the embodied way) - not just learning the coaching skills but also being supported in how to build a sustainable business from that was the icing on the cake

And so much more. But these were the most important ones for me.

Who This Program Is For
Who would benefit most
I recommend FEC to anyone who already is or is aspiring to become a coach or healer, as well as to those ready to take their personal growth to the next level.
If you’re looking to create meaningful change in your life or business, are interested to work with the body and are a fan of depth, this program will give you the tools and support you need. And most likely more than that ;-)

The support I received in and through this program by teachers and peers is unprecedented - and I don't say that lightheartedly.
I’ve seen firsthand the depth of transformation it offers. Not just in my own life but also in those of many of my peers. The blooming and growing that was happening all around me, was so touching for me.

How my coaching business evolved since completing the program
Since FEC, I’ve not only attracted more clients, but I’ve also built a business that reflects my values and supports my clients in a way that feels authentic and aligned. I am able to hold much deeper, more vulnerable spaces than before. I have a deeply rooted confidence through having the embodied experience of what it means to work with the body. Aiming for depth and vulnerability first, while also involving the mind and ensuring what we've discovered and experienced in a session in properly integrated, is vital for the transformations I create with my clients.
Where To Learn More
If you’re considering the FEC program or simply want to learn more, I highly encourage you to take the leap!
I compared several embodiment coaching programs, had several discovery calls with different schools and my choice couldn't have been better.

It’s been a life-changing experience for me which is why I'm a passionate advocate and affiliate for the program.
On that note: I may receive a thank you-commission for anyone who joins the program through my referral so be sure to tell the team you're coming via me.
